Role Overview: The General Animal Caretaker will assist in the animal areas and spend most of their day cleaning stalls, feeding animals and maintaining sanitation around the Brewster and Clearpool farm.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Weekend Morning and afternoon chores, including feeding, watering and cleaning of stalls in horse barn, teaching barn or other farm areas including Brewster and Clearpool campus 
• Grooming animals, tacking horses, helping in animal training
• Assisting with medical treatment when needed
• Caring for animals in the Nature Room
• Other duties as assigned
 
What you bring to Green Chimneys:
Interest in working with animals. Willingness to work hard in a farm setting. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Availability on Sundays!
