The Executive Administrative Assistant will report to the A.E.D. of Facilities Management. The Administrative Assistant will assist in the completion of administrative tasks related to the Facilities Department including but not limited to: date stamping and initialing all incoming mail, prioritizing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, performing record keeping and general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing), utilizing the PO system and submitting purchase orders and computer work orders, utilizing School Dude to submit and follow up on maintenance work orders, being responsible for the handling, accuracy, and submission of payroll timesheets, and other duties as assigned.
This position is 40 hours a week. It is a temporary position and will start in April and last several months. This is not a benefit eligible position.
High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of administrative experience is preferred.
