SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Services Driver is responsible for transporting residents, their families and staff throughout New York State, including the 5 boroughs of NYC and the adjoining communities. Primary responsibility is to drive agency vehicles to support home visitation for residents and their families. The Social Service driver will need to be available on weekends and after school hours.
The Driver must adhere to the Agency Driving Procedures and the Agency Vehicle Guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Comfortable driving in New York City & surrounding areas. Completion of 4 day consecutive TCI Training and Agency Driver Training required. Ability to work “On Call” schedule.
Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License, Class 2 and safe driving record. Bus Driver Certification, a plus.
This is a per diem as needed role and is not benefit eligible.
Rate of pay $15.50 per hour.
