RHY Case Manager

The Case Manager will provide supportive counseling, psycho-educational groups, case management services and oversee the overall safety of youth in the Community Outreach Center to youth and their families involved in the Community Outreach Center and shelter facilities. The Case Manager assists with goal achievement and coordinating outside service providers to ensure the best provision of services are in place for youth and families. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining the structure of the day-to-day therapeutic milieu through the use of nurturance, routine and recreation at the Community Outreach Center.  This individual is the person to whom the residents look for affection, understanding, interest, structure and guidance.

Education/Experience:

  • BSW/BA; will consider candidates without a degree as long as they have a minimum of 1 year case management experience with youth and families

Licensure/Certification:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of agency driver course

Schedule: 40 hours per week.  Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00am and flexible hours as needed and determined by the Program Manager

The rate of pay for this role is $46,320 per year with full benefits and extensive time off package.
